At SUKU Home, we want you to love your space. If your new bedding or loungewear isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original SUKU packaging.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
